A child born to a Thai Parent and and Australian is entitled to a Thai Passport.

My son was born in Sydney and can effectivley become a thai citizen if he wants.

Regards to all

You need to check with the Thai Consulate or Thai Embassy closest to you if you are not in Thailand. You have not provide enough information for me to give you proper advise. But by any means, the person should have prove of Thai citizenship, Thai ID, and Thai household registry. The modern Thai ID card has biometric chip and all the information of the individual that is also linked to their modern Thai passport.

First of all, you need to apply and become an immigrant for at least five years. Proof of contribution to the country is quite necessary and highly advised. You will be entitled to apply for Thai citizen afterward on the condition that the quota is made available for your nation. Good luck .....brother.
