Building Bridges Across the Globe.
A movement. A celebration.

Propelling Indian Cinema to glorious pinnacles beyond Indian shores. Hosting various interactive activities over the weekend, the IIFA creates a flurry of excitement.

The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) is an institution that brings together the worlds of Indian and International cinema on one common global platform. It reaches out to millions of viewers and fans across the world, and provides them with an opportunity to see legends of world cinema together on one stage.

Mr. Amitabh Bachchan – Brand Ambassador IIFA and a high profile Advisory Board, comprising some of the biggest decision makers in Indian Cinema today, support the Academy. Regular meetings ensure that the Academy and its events are up to date and in tune with current trends and needs in the Film industry, world media, and all our supporters worldwide.

The IIFA has grown from ‘One Amazing Night’ to a Three day Glorious Weekend, which celebrates and hosts various events and activities. While committed to its objectives IIFA also strives to reach out to various audiences and create platforms unique in nature.

The IIFA weekend flies out 500 odd representatives of Indian Cinema to a glamorous location for a 3-day weekend over which, we host Press Conferences, IIFA Foundation Celebrity Special Event, IIFA World Premiere, FICCI-IIFA Global Business Forum, IIFA Film festival, IIFA workshop and the ultimate in glitz - the IIFA Awards Presentation Ceremony.

The IIFA contingent today comprises the faces of India extending across film stars and celebrities, sports personalities, government leaders and trade and industry representatives – in essence – the ‘Best of India’. This high profile contingent joins and celebrates this unique Weekend with like-minded peers.

Along its momentous journey, IIFA has set numerous landmarks, which have benefited the Indian Film Industry, the host country and the sponsors across the multimedia landscape.
