His Majesty the King is recovering well and wishes to walk again in two months, according to Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn.
The princess visited volunteer doctors in Phu Phan district of Sakon Nakhon province yesterday and said that seven days after undergoing the latest round of surgery, the King said he felt much more comfortable and more agile.
"He told me that in two months he would walk before my eyes. So I would like everyone to be relieved and know that His Majesty the King is under good care and has good morale," the princess said.
