Experts say the world is facing another food price crisis this year, a repetition of 2007-2008, due to drought which will reduce crop yields in many countries.

กูรู – an expert, a guru
ชี้ – to say; to point out; to call attention to
เผชิญ – to face
วิกฤต – a crisis
ซ้ำรอย – repeating, a repetition
เหตุ – due to, owing to,
ภัยแล้ง – a drought
ผลผลิต – production, or, in this case, crop yields
ทำ(ให้)ตกต่ำลง – to reduce; to diminish, to cause to decline
