สำนักข่าวซินหัวของจีน รายงานว่า สมเด็จพระนโรดม สีหนุ อดีตพระมหากษัตริย์และนายกรัฐมนตรีแห่งราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชาหลายสมัยเสด็จสวรรคตด้วยโรคชราขณะทรงมีพระชนมพรรษา 90พรรษา ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างทรงให้แพทย์ถวายการรักษา พระอาการประชวรหลายโรค รวมทั้งมะเร็ง เบาหวาน และความดันโลหิตสูง ตลอดช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา

King Norodom Sihanouk dies

King Norodom Sihanouk the former king of Cambodia, aged 90, died in Beijing after receiving medical treatment for a variety of diseases.

Xinhua News Agency of the People's Republic of China reported that King Norodom Sihanouk the former king and multi-term prime minister of Cambodia had died at 90 of diseases related to old age in Beijing, People's Republic of China, where he had had medical treatment for many diseases including cancer, diabetes and hypertension throughout the preceding years.
