เมื่อวันที่ 28 ต.ค. ราชกิจจานุเบกษาได้เผยแพร่พระบรมราชโองการ ประกาศให้รัฐมนตรีพ้นจากความเป็นรัฐมนตรีและแต่งตั้งรัฐมนตรี ในรัฐบาล น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร (ครม.ยิ่งลักษณ์3) ดังนี้….

28 ตุลาคม 2555 

โปรดเกล้าฯ (ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อม) – to officially endorse (by the reigning king)
ครม. (คณะรัฐมนตรี) – cabinet
ยิ่งลักษณ์ 3 - Yingluck 3 Cabinet
นั่ง – to sit in the position of, i.e., to take the position of
รองนายกฯ (รองนายกรัฐมนตรี) – a deputy prime minister
ควบ –plus; together with (i.e., to take two positions in this case)
รมว. (รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง) – a deputy minister
ศธ. (กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ) – Ministry of Education
คุม – to control (i.e. to be in charge of )
(กระทรวง) มหาดไทย – Interior Ministry
ราชกิจจานุเบกษา – the royal government gazette
พระบรมราชโองการ – a royal command
ประกาศ – to announce
พ้นจาก – to be relieved (of a position); to be out of a position
ความเป็นรัฐมนตรี – a ministerial position
แต่งตั้ง – to appoint

King endorses Yingluck 3 cabinet

His Majesty the King has endorsed the Yingluck 3 cabinet. “Plodprasop” takes up (the position of) Deputy Prime Minister, “Pongthep” Deputy Prime Minister plus (Minister of) Education, “Jarupong” takes charge of Interior and “Nattawut” sits as (takes the portfolio of) Deputy Minister of Commerce.

On October 28, the Royal government gazette made public the royal command announcing the ministers relieved of their ministerial positions and the appointment of  (new) ministers in the Government of Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra (the Yingluck 3 cabinet) as follows:
