The Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions yesterday dismissed the case against Mr Sanoh on a legal technicality.
He complained that the lawyers were trying to get the charges dropped on a technicality and by misrepresenting the truth.
It is unfortunate that the Administrative Court threw out a petition from the Ombudsman's Office for the court to determine the status of Khunying Jaruvan, on the legal technicality that the Ombudsman's Office was not the injured party in the conflict.
