The riverside Millennium Hilton on Charoen Nakhon Road in Thon Buri, has invited Chef Peter de Clercq to delight Bangkok food enthusiasts with his famous epicurean barbecue delights at Prime Steak and Grill Restaurant from Nov 24-28.
Belgian Chef Peter has published a bestselling book on the art of grilling and was the world champion barbecue expert in 2003. During the five-day promotion, Chef Peter will present his signature dishes, with six new dishes available nightly. He will also create a pair of enticing set menus: 2,900 baht for five courses and 4,500 baht for seven courses; each menu will be paired with fine wines.
