New menus on the Bangkok scene
Shark-fin soup with pumpkin.
The Chinese Restaurant at Impact Muang Thong Thani has a new item on its menu, shark-fin soup with pumpkin (500 baht) prepared by a team of Chinese chefs using authentic ingredients imported from Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, the restaurant's famed crispy deep-fried chicken (250 baht), deep-fried prawn with salad cream dressing (600 baht), Hong Kong styled fillet of beef (600 baht) and barbecued pork belly (250 baht) continue to be on the best-sellers list.
