Chalong Muay Thai is Phuket's premeire martial arts training camp and fitness center.They have a complete abdominal/Core training area with sit-up benches, large, clean training matts, and a variety of training aids to work the abdominal muscles and stomach area. They have a free weight lifting area w/ bench, squat, rack pull-down, leg lift, hand-weights, jump ropes, and training aids.
