Gourmet One and Beverage One in collaboration with Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will stage the forth edition of the 2012 Bangkok Chefs Charity Gala Dinner and Auction on Monday, August 20.
The gala evening will once again be presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
22 executive chefs from five-star hotels and Thai Airways International will team up blending together their culinary expertise to create an epicurean nine-course menu for the evening.
All proceeds from the event, without any deductions, will go to the Princess's Border Patrol Police Schools project, as well as to benefit underprivileged schoolchildren in remote areas in northern Thailand.
