This weekend, Siam Square will be transformed into a venue of international fun for all as Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with Work Point Entertainment, runs the annual "We Love Siam Square" event.
From noon to midnight, both local and foreign visitors will enjoy the largest event ever held at this famous shopping and entertainment venue.
Held under the theme "Siam Street Fest", this year's programme will be packed with exciting activities divided into five main parts.
The Super Street Show features 25 performances from Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany and Japan on seven stages around Siam Square including at Park@Siam, in front of Hard Rock Cafe, on Siam Square Soi 2 and Soi 3, Lido Theatre 3, Digital Gateway and Siamkit Building.
The International Star Parade presents a colourful procession packed with shows and performers in fancy costumes. The parade starts at 3pm both days.
The Street Show Street You is a platform for aspiring artists to showcase their talents.
The Street Wall sees graffiti paintings under the theme "The Alternative Future of Siam Square" at 11 different locations.
The Siam Square Super Sale offers more than 50% discount on products and services by more than 90 participating shops within the Siam Square premises.
Other highlights include a concert by Room 39 and Singto-Namchoke and an ukulele show by Nong Gail from Thailand's Got Talent. There are also souvenirs to give away to 100 visitors who can collect a stamp from each of the seven stages.
