Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra is presenting two concerts entitled "From Piazzolla to Sibelius" at Mahidol University's College of Music, Salaya campus, on Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 4pm. Alfonso Scarano will wield the baton and the Katona Twins will wield their guitars when they team up with the orchestra. Tickets for the concert cost 300 and 500 baht (100 baht for students). For reservations, call 02-800-2525-34 ext 153-4 or visit www.music.mahidol.ac.th. The college also provides a Salaya Link shuttle bus service from Wong Wian Yai BTS station to the university. The bus will stop at exit No.2 and tickets cost 25 baht (one way). For the shuttle schedule, visit www.music.mahidol.ac.th/salayalink.
