Bangkok is hosting the Asian premiere of "Micro Festival - Live at the Scala", an arts extravaganza which showcases British arts and culture programmes at the iconic Scala Theatre on Siam Square Soi 1 from Feb 7 to 9 at 7pm.
Presented by the British Council Thailand, the "Live at the Scala" features daring and unconventional works from Forest Fringe, Britain's leading non-profit artist collective and producer, which promise to add a breath of fresh air to the local artistic community.
Participating performers from Thailand will include B-Floor Theatre and a group of Bangkok-based artists from Messy Project Space, who will showcase rare documents, books and an in-house library to stimulate collaboration and intervention and artistic exchange.
Tickets cost 100 baht and are available at the door. For advance bookings, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02-657-5678.
