Ardel Gallery presents "The Sea, Unless Exceptions", a solo exhibition by Marco Rossati whose symbolic works of art are embedded with profound meanings.
Marco is a prominent and internationally recognised Italian artist and art instructor.
This time around his paintings reflect the secret mystery and the powerful phenomenon of nature.
"I aspire to draw out the vision of the metaphysical mystery, in which every phenomenon is immersed, from the inside of the pictorial form," says Marco.
"We are the sparks of an empty software: this is what I paint. The empty amidst the instants. To me, within the image, density and rarefaction are essential complements of the artistic quality, such as height and depth."
The Sea, Unless Exceptions is on show at Ardel Gallery of Modern Art until April 28. The opening reception is today at 6.30pm. The gallery is at Bella Ville on Boromratchonnanee Road and opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am to7pm and 10.30am to 5.30pm on Sunday. Call 02-422-2092.
