Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant, located on the 37th floor of the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, is the latest meeting point for young executives who like to have fun and chill out.
Scarlett boasts a fine selection of wines along with tapas, daily specials, imported cold cuts and showcasing a large variety of cheeses.
The Menu is inspired by 2-Michelin star French Chef Manuel Martinez, owner of the Louis XIII restaurant in Paris.
The recommended menus are squid stuffed with chorizo and pequillo sauce (480 baht), Chef Martinez's blanquette de veau, or old-fashioned veal stew in cream sauce with seasonal veggies (1,150 baht), the beef tartare 'a la Montmarte' (780 baht), and Chef Martinez's rum baba cake with pineapple, passion fruit and champagne sherbet (250 baht).
