Few young concert artists have been hailed with the superlatives accorded to 30-year-old Milos Karadaglic.
Already one of the hottest properties in classical music and an exclusive recording artist for Deutsche Grammophon, Karadaglic is destined to join the pantheon of great guitarists—Andres Segovia, Julian Bream and John Williams.
Next month will see the debut Bangkok concert by this guitar sensation from Montenegro as he is set to perform at the next ‘‘Great Artists Concert Series 2013’’ in the main hall of Thailand Cultural Centre on July 3 at 8pm.
He will perform the ever-popular Concierto De Aranjuez by the Spanish composer Joaquin Rodrigo and the short Spanish Romance featured on his debut album Mediterraneo.
Karadaglic will be accompanied by the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra conducted by Antoine Marguier.
Tickets for the concert start at 500 baht from Thai Ticket Major (tel 02-262-3456 or visit www.thaiticketmajor.com) and The BSO Shop
at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (tel 02-214-3757).
