Don't be too quick to file this under W for "Well they would say that, wouldn't they?"
Unesco Bangkok is holding an activity on Sunday where celebrities will share their ideas and experiences on how to be happy and successful.
Held as part of the fifth "Youth Empowerment Through Mobile Learning Project" under the concept "Happiness Before Success", the activity is designed for 150 non-formal education students from community learning centres across Bangkok and vicinity under the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, Ministry of Education. The public is also invited to join.
The afternoon will start with motivational coaching by Thanat Shodladd, aka Coach Doeng, president of Reflector and an inspirational coach on self-development and life skills. Participants can find more inspiration in a talk show with three celebrities who will talk about how to become successful, develop self-motivation skills and the habit of lifelong learning.
The trio are Jaruwat "Dome" Cheawaram, champion of popular singing contest The Star, Season 8, young actor and singer Jirayu "Kao" La-ongmanee and Dr Kunlachart Junlapen, a lecturer from the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, who turned his life around from begging to lecturing.
Dome will also give a mini concert on the day.
There is no admission fee. The event will take place at the Phoenix I-II Room, Hall 6 of Impact, Muang Thong Thani, on Sunday from noon to 4pm.
