Love songs never die. And on Sunday afternoon, three legendary songstresses will join three younger male singers to croon a string of romantic hits from yesteryear at Thammasat University's Tha Phra Chan campus.
Called "Samrueng Fang Samran Krung by Majung", the concert is a rare chance hear three luk krung divas - Srisalai Suchartwut, Daojai Paijit and Thippawan Pinpiban - on the same stage.
Set to melt hearts with their gentle and handsome voices will be Saharat "Kong" Sangkhapreecha, Songsit "Kob" Rongnoppakhunsri and Peerapat "Bee" Thanewong.
The repertoire will feature many popular Thai songs including Rak Kam Kob Fah by Srisalai, Chong Rak by Thippawan, Alai Rak by Kong and Yam Rak by Kob.
The six will be joined by two rising stars from the TV show The Voice - Nattawut "Max" Jenmana and Duangporn "Pui" Pongpasuk.
The concert will take place in the campus' main auditorium on Sunday from 2pm. Tickets range from 1,200 to 2,500 baht and can be purchased from Thai Ticket Major booths.
