Information

Outstanding American bass guitarist Neil Stubenhaus takes to The Living Room lounge bar stage at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit for four nights starting tomorrow. His astonishing playing will be complemented by the exceptional talents of the Randy Cannon Group, featuring Randy on piano, Chris Sweeney on drums and Therdsak Wongvichien on bass. An exceptional musician, Neil began his professional career with Little Anthony & The Imperials when he was 17 years old. In 1977, he joined the contemporary jazz-rock band Blood, Sweat & Tears before going on tour with the legendary guitarist, Larry Carlton. Since 1979, his resume has included stints with many of the greats of rock ‘n’ roll. He has toured or recorded with artists such as Barbra Streisand, Quincy Jones, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Natalie Cole, Al Jarreau, BB King and many others. The intimate and engaging performances will be held on June 20-21 and June 27-28 at 9.15pm. The 61-year-old will also conduct a free workshop for interested musicians on Sunday, from 5pm to 7pm.
