Wat Po Massage is located in the interior of Wat Po (The Temple of the Reclining Buddha) in the Phra Nakhon district of Bangkok. Wat Po Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School was opened in 1955. It offers four basic courses of Thai Medicine: Thai pharmacy, Thai medical practice, Thai midwife nursing and Thai massage.
The school is known worldwide and its Thai Traditional Massage treatment and training course has seen a large number of Thai and foreign students graduate from it and practice Thai massage all over the world.
