Chulalongkorn Hospital is located on Rama 4 Road. This hospital was opened on May 30, 1914 by King Vajiravudh, son of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn, in honour of his father. Since then, the hospital has gained a reputation for being one of the leading institutions of medical studies, research and personnel development in Thailand. Beyond the standard offering of medical treatment services, the hospital also maintains training facilities for doctors studying at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Medicine. The hospital also has a School of Radiology and supplies medical personnel specialised in the field of radiology.
