Reflecting the food served at the restaurant, Indus is decked out with Indian decorative items, a warm atmosphere with its use of sandstone bricks. It also features al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge.
The chef conjures up modern Indian cuisine at Indus. Catogorised as healthy food, the chef avoids the use of ghee (clarified butter), opting for rice bran oil instead. Served in a small pot with a flame underneath, the curry is delicately scented with spices and the meat is marvellously tender.
