NEW MENUS ON THE BANGKOK SCENE
Novotel Special Grape menu.
Throughout May, The Square Restaurant at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel invites you to experience the creative three-course grape-inspired set prepared by executive chef Murray Paterson, who extends the intriguing taste of wine from the glass onto the plate.
Using wine and farm grapes from GranMonte, one of Thailand's notable wine producers, the set starts with a classic Waldorf salad with mixed grapes, or mixed fruit salad with black and white grapes with white grape vinaigrette as appetisers. It is followed by pan-seared sea bass with a shiraz beurre blanc sauce, or slow-roasted duck breast with a black grape and shiraz jus for the main course.
The meal ends with mixed grape crumble with a warm vanilla cream sauce, or classic assorted grape flan with whipped cream.
The menu is priced 800 baht per set. And at extra charge, guests are also offered a vast selection of wines made from Shiraz, Tempranillo, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from GranMonte.
The Square Restaurant is at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel. Call 02-131-1111.
