One of the great luxurious gastronomic delights of Italian cuisine is the truffle. They might smell like earth, tree roots and old cheese, but this gastronomic ingredient is very famous for its aroma, taste and aphrodisiac qualities.
Starting from Nov 5 and running until Nov 28, the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is bringing this seasonal luxurious food product to Biscotti. During the promotion, Biscotti chef Danilo Aiassa, himself a native of Alba, will concoct an impressive menu using white truffles from Piedmont and black truffles from Tuscany.
