Join in Japanese fun

Jungceylon, the international shopping centre in Phuket's Patong district, is holding a Japanese festival _ Watashi wa Japan (I am Japan.).

The festival features Japanese art and culture, including the art of Japanese paper folding (origami), a cosplay show and a display of Japanese toys and collectibles. There are booths selling Japanese food and snacks such as sushi, Hokkaido icecream, takoyaki (ball-shaped Japanese dumpling), cold crepes and more.

Visitors can also join a paper-folding workshop and a paper-folding competition.
