Art from Brazilian painter Manoel Filipe Pereira, and other artists from around the world, will soon be on display during the "Mega Exhibition of Porcelain Painting" show. Its gala opening will be held at the Chatrium Ballroom of Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok on Nov 19 at 6pm.

The exhibition is held in collaboration with Vanvipha Art Studio and will showcase 500 porcelain paintings and marks the first time local art lovers will have the opportunity to view Pereira's work.

The 52-year-old artist's stylised depictions of colourful Venezuelan birds, Portuguese flowers and mystic African landscapes has earned him worldwide recognition as an ambassador of porcelain art.

His 100-piece collection will be shown alongside those of 170 other artists, including Andreas Knobl from Germany, Elvira Aguiar from Brazil, Tatiana Dallest from Switzerland and Vanvipha Attavipach from Thailand.
