After one decade and 245 issues, themagazine has undergone a glittering transformation.

Post Publishing’s Chief Operating Officer Supakorn Vejjajiva.

Known for its cool mix of glamourous fashion shoots and lifestyle content as a bi-weekly supplement in the Bangkok Post, the relaunched magazine now assumes a new avatar of a fully-fledged, luxurious monthly, sold at major newsstands and distributed free to Bangkok Post subscribers.

"Our focus will remain on luxury lifestyle, but we're expanding to cover the entire region," says themagazine's long-serving editor-in-chief, Prakit Woraprasit. "As well as keeping an eye on what our neighbours are up to, we'll also be covering business and topical world issues. And of course, we will continue doing what we've always done: finding new and interesting angles on fashion, beauty, entertainment, art and design."

The 10th anniversary redesign and relaunch took place last Thursday at "A Perfect 10" party held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. Many of the models and celebrities who have graced themagazine over the years were in attendance, and there was an auction of large-format prints of some of its most iconic photos.

As a slim, bi-weekly supplement of the Bangkok Post, themagazine has long enjoyed a reputation as one of Thailand's most prominent voices in fashion, arts and luxury lifestyle. Over the past decade, it has continually served up provocative fashion spreads that have become conversation-starters.

The switch to a monthly magazine format with expanded content seems only natural. "I can think of no better way to mark our 10th anniversary milestone," says Prakit. "But this has been on the cards for a long time. We felt we had outgrown the confines of a supplement, and becoming an independent publication means a new world of opportunity opens up to us _ not just in terms of size, but also creativity and the impact we can make."
