The famous ferry MV Logos Hope will return to Bangkok with the world's largest floating book fair starting Feb 8.

MVLogos Hope will drop anchor at Klong Toey port to offer the second floating book fair from Feb 8-March 2.

The ship welcomed over 81,000 visitors up its gangway during its visit to the Kingdom last year. Not only are Thais anxiously awaiting the ship's return, but many of the ferry's crew are also looking forward re-entering the Land Of Smiles.

"I'm excited. People are so friendly and Thailand is just a beautiful country," said Patrick Phatmoste, a South African who has been volunteering on board for more than a year.

The book fair offers an expanded selection of over 5,000 books at affordable prices. They cover a wide range of subjects including science, sports, hobbies, cooking, arts, medicine, language and philosophy. With children's titles, academic texts, dictionaries, atlases and more, the book fair is something the whole family can enjoy.

The Visitor Experience Deck is also open to the public. From the welcome area, which introduces the vessel with a short movie and interactive displays, to the International Cafe, which offers ice cream, drinks and snacks, the ship has something for everyone. MV Logos Hope is operated by GBA Ships e.V, an international charitable organisation registered in Germany. Since 1970, it has had over 43 million visitors in over 150 countries and territories around the world.
