Even Australian-born Thai chef David Thompson — hailed as the author of many Thai food bibles — can’t get enough of the larb (minced meat salad) prepared by Andy Ricker — the chef and owner of the wildly popular Pok Pok restaurants in the United States. This is not all that surprising though. 

Ricker fell in love with Thai food and has been travelling in Thailand for the past two decades, delving deeper into our cuisinefood, especially street food.
