Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, opened in Bangkok in 2007, continues the excellence of the "Le Cordon Bleu" brand as the centre of French culinary training in Thailand. But because the school is a French Thai joint venture it is only natural that the partners would want to create, open and run, a high quality Thai Cuisine program for local and international students which compliments it’s French cuisine and pastry courses.
The next intake for our new Professional Thai Cuisine course will be in April 2012. The 540-hour course, conducted over 30 weeks, is accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education (MOE) and provides intensive training in the art of Thai Cuisine. The course, taught in English and Thai, caters for local and international students whether they have culinary experience or not. Students are first introduced to the background and history of Thai Cuisine and the use of local kitchen equipment and utensils in order to prepare for the upcoming classes. The subsequent classes follow the renowned Le Cordon Bleu methodology of "Watch, Learn and Do".
