Parnkese ''Pab'' Satamarn is fabulously fashionable and can often be seen at trendy dining and entertainment spots around town, but there is another side to her that might seem at odds with this flare for the modern. Pab has a gift for classical Thai music, which includes dancing, singing and playing instruments. It's a passion she displays in an average of two stage productions a year, playing the female lead in classical Thai dramas.
Pab's latest play, Kaset-Kasat (Agriculture-King), debuted on March 26, and features Her Royal Highness Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's composition in honour of His Majesty the King's 84th birthday. More performances are scheduled for next month.
In this latest production, Pab branches out beyond acting and flaunts her ballet skills.
