Best Brasserie in Bangkok
This French-style restaurant is lovely in every sense of the word
Being different and hip doesn't necessarily mean an excuse for the deficiency of good standards. And, in terms of gastronomy, tastiness and cosiness are simply the two essentials that most influence people's decision in returning to a restaurant, no matter how modish the place is.
The spacious eatery occupies a nicely renovated 60-year-old residential house enveloped by lots of trees.
Since I visited Triplets Brasserie a few weeks ago, my strong desire to return has not faded. My foodie son and I kept talking about how impressive the food we had was that evening. And I have to admit, regardless of how "anti-hipness" I tended to be when it comes to picking a place to eat, I truly enjoyed the "stylish looking" food served in front of us _ simply for the sake of its flavour.
