'Mobility in the Time of Flood' contest taps into creativity during crisis

The proverb, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going" has been exemplified by the 107 innovative projects entered in the "Mobility in the Time of Flood" contest, organised by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (Nstda) and PTT Pcl.
Watering vehicles invented by the amateur creators can support more than 160kg.
It has taken only three weeks, since the competition was announced in late October, for contestants to develop their ideas and assemble their projects.
