As customary at the end of the year, media outlets do a recap of Top 10 news items or something along this line as their farewell piece to the year that is coming to pass. At first we thought we would upstage our lamestream competitors by using supernatural powers to predict everything that would happen in 2012, but we got lazy and have been busy celebrating New Year's Eve's Eve's Eve, so we decided to do the same thing and look back at the eventful 2011.
Who would have thought that the character-limited technology that is Twitter could have such a profound effect? And if you aren't careful, you'll find yourself in a controversy for saying the darndest things in 140 characters like these people.
