Bangkok's hottest countdown spot, Ratchaprasong Intersection, is ready to usher in the New Year. Set annually in front of CentralWorld, the countdown celebration this year will feature Tattoo Colour, Golf Pichaya, Etc, Nologo, Paradox, Palmy, Nat Sakdathorn, The Richman Toy, DJs, a laser show and fireworks.
'Tis the season to enjoy festive landmarks about town. "Travel Joys from Around the World" at CentralWorld is celebrating the holiday with a 30m-high Christmas tree, said to be the largest tree in the region, as well as a cuddly 7.5m-high teddy bear (Through Jan 15).
