The planet we call Earth is always recycling itself, whether we realise it or not. Young leaves unfold, perform their faithful "green" duty, become old and yellow, fall, and decompose. Soon all the particles that once were parts of those leaves would reassemble and re-emerge into this planet anew by taking fresh new forms with new duties. These never-ending cycles of renewal make this planet always new, always fresh, young and exciting.
The words "green", "reduce", "reuse" and "recycle" have become parts of the mantra of our time. And yes, as we all are going mad with green, today's simple floral composition is created by using what is about to go to the trash bin. The cardboard is the leading star in our new show _ "The Recycled Beauty". Away from its mundane, humdrum existence, cardboard box will soon reincarnate as an exciting new material for this clean, simple and super modern floral composition.
To create this special composition, I have a piece of cardboard, a small glass tube, and a blossom of green chrysanthemum. First, with the help of a glass tube, I draw on a piece of paper two patterns _ one square and the other rectangular. These patterns are for the two pieces of the cardboard that I will later use to form my recycled cardboard vase. I then transfer the patterns onto the cardboard. With a cutter, I cut the cardboard following the patterns.
