Try lifting your arm up in front of a mirror, and what do you see? Tight and well shaped triceps or just excess flabby skin hanging under your arms?
Batwings, or flaps of skin that dangle from the arms, is one of the most common body complaints in women, particularly those over 40. Batwings might be fine if they could help us fly, but excess upper arm skin is unnecessary and possibly an embarrassment. If flabby arms are keeping you in long sleeves, even in a hot and humid climate like that of ours, then you're probably going to be interested in knowing what options are there to tighten things up.
