Please fasten your seatbelts and tuck in your primates

A man caught in India with a slow loris secreted away in his trousers arrived via Suvarnabhumi, leaving one to question what else might pass through security in this wild Kingdom

You could hear the titters resounding around the globe this week after the latest scandal at Suvarnabhumi airport pushed us reluctantly into the international spotlight again.

Security at our airport was called into question when a man was arrested at New Delhi airport with a primate down his pants.

Primate Down My Pants _ that could almost be the name of a new Kanye West or Jay-Z song, couldn't it?

"I want an Airport of Strict Security Measures"

I agree with that but then I also have heard people labelling "Strict Security Measures" of Indian and USA's airports as paranoia.

What is interesting to me, though, is that he was caught by security while in transit. If boarding security is what it has proven itself to be at Bangkok, I don't want to hear about the transit security at Suvarnabhumi.

My guess is most screeners, whatever you call the chap with the wand at security, are worried they will get boxed about the ears if they screen the wrong person. In good Thai fashion better to do nothing then you can't get blamed for anything.
