We've finally made it to December, which means that the seizure-inducing lights have been strung up across the city, the festive outdoor events are taking place in full force, and there may be at least five cases of assault as a result of annoying Christmas music blaring in every department store.
In other words, it's the most wonderful time of year! And with all this cheer to look forward to, sitting in the office may be harder than usual knowing that so much is happening outside our suffocating cubicle walls. But fret not!
As an expert in the art of slacking (I'm currently sunning myself at a hidden tropical beach while dictating this article to orangutans that I have trained to type), there are some easy things you can do to make work more bearable. Here are some productivity ploys to use at the office as you longingly wait for your 5pm exit to come around (but who are you kidding, you know you've been sneaking out after lunch anyway).
