Time to face reality, not Facebook

Wacky internetainers Rhett and Link released the Facebook Song in 2008, the year that Mark Zuckerberg's baby became the largest online social network, fuelled by the growth of international users.

Among the lyrics is this line: "It's more than a want, it's more than a need, I'd shrivel up and die without my mini feed."

It's not a want or a need for me either, and Zuckerberg might be disappointed to know that I don't want my pretty face to be in his cyberbook.

    A friend recently said he got a mail from Facebook about me. I said what about. He said Facebook said I did not have enough "friends" and could he help find more friends for me. If this is the way of "social media" count me out.
