For those looking to tone muscles and keep the abs firm, core flow yoga can be a great option

In passing, core flow yoga does not look that different from ordinary yoga classes. All the standard poses are there _ plank, cobra, downward dog and the like. So, what makes this session entitled to a different name?

Ekkarat Sornakas, core flow instructor, explained that the class focuses on working the torso, as the name makes clear, while also toning other parts of the body.

"Any good exercise should never focus on just one area. You need a total body workout to stay fit. In core flow yoga, we just focus a bit more on the core of the body _ back, abs, the side of the waist."
