Over the past few years, Scottish singer-songwriter Emeli Sande has been consistently making the rounds in the UK's pop circuit _ from lending her vocals to rapper Wiley's single Never Be Your Woman to penning for contemporaries such as Cher Lloyd, Susan Boyle, Rihanna and Leona Lewis. After winning the Best Breakthrough Act at the Brit Awards in 2011, Sande went on to release her debut album, Our Version of Events, which received both acclaim and commercial success and spent most of 2012 in the UK's Top Ten.
