Don Mueang airport is best known these days as the home of the budget airlines. But that all changed on March 23, when it played host to a high-profile aerobatics show by the Breitling Jet Team, the world's largest civilian aerobatics team, based in France.
Some 50,000 people were on hand to watch the exciting display organised jointly by the Royal Thai Air Force and Pendulum Co Ltd, distributor of Swiss-made Breitling watches in Thailand, to mark Royal Thai Air Force Day and Pendulum's 20th anniversary.
Presiding over the event was ACM Prajin Jantong, commander-in-chief of the Royal Thai Air Force.
