Omega branches out into fine jewellery

- +

Leading Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega, best known as the brand supplying James Bond's watches and for its sophisticated Ladymatic timepieces, unveils in Bangkok its first full-fledged collection of fine jewellery.

Five lines are introduced _ Constellation Griffes, Flower, Dewdrop, Aqua and Aqua Swing. Inspired by and drawing from the design of the brand's logo and famous watch collections, they are crafted entirely in 18k yellow, white and rose gold with some pieces in ceramic.

The Constellation Griffes line is inspired by the famous four claws, or "griffes", mounted on the sides of Omega's famous Constellation watches. The jewellery pieces share their DNA with the bezel of the Constellation watch _ defined by the claws, the Roman numerals engraved on one side and OMEGA engraved on the other _ conveying a certain playfulness. The rings are crafted in yellow, rose or white gold versions, either polished or diamond set. The earrings as well as the long necklace are polished.
