Fumiya Saeki's favourite hobby is watching TV. One day in 2011, he saw news reports on the tsunami that hit northeastern Japan. He wanted to help the suffering people. And this-eight-year-old boy's idea of helping them is special.

"I was sad for those affected by the giant earthquakes," Saeki said. "It would be good if there were a tool that could help them."
