A tourist admires the panoramic view of Bangkok from the revolving roof deck on the 84th floor of Pratunam's Baiyoke Tower. Standing 304m, the Baiyoke is the tallest building in Thailand, though it ranks far below other skycrapers in Asia, which concentrate in the Middle East, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with Malaysia thrown into the mix.

The MahaNakorn Building on Sathon will take the crown when completed next year as it will reach 315m.
