Rib Room and Bar (RR&B) (L31): From December 15 - 30, our talented chefs will be creating a 'Christmas Inspiration' menu featuring a wide range of gourmet dishes inspired by the festive season. The exclusive dinner features French Foie Gras, Cream of Butternut, US Turkey with Black Truffles, Charcoal grilled Chateaubriand, Maine Lobster Thermidor and an assortment of many other delicacies.
Atrium: During the memorable days of Christmas our Atrium restaurant has set up an extraordinary buffet of traditional Christmas cuisine. In order to make your dining experience remarkable we are offering a seafood selection including Spider Crab, Lobster, Australian Oysters, New Zealand Mussels, Tiger Prawns and a corner of Japanese delights. In addition to that the exclusive Christmas carvery is presenting an exceptional choice of Farmed Turkey with stuffing, Honey Glazed Gammon Ham, Poached Norwegian Salmon and Ambassador Lamb. Our dessert course of Christmas Pudding, Butter Pudding, Chocolate Yule Log, Minced Pies and other favorites will round up your feast at its very best.
