Comme des Garçons designer teams up with Hermès for line of silk scarves

Rei Kawakubo, the Japanese fashion designer behind the famed Comme des Garçons brand, is working with French luxury house Hermès on new exclusive scarves.

It might well be a match made in fashion heaven -- Hermès is well-known for its classic 'carré' silk scarves, and Rei Kawakubo, the famed design guru behind Franco-Japanese label Comme des Garçons -- is an established force when it comes to brand collaborations.
