British actor David Oyelowo will portray Hall of Fame boxer Sugar Ray Robinson in a biopic titled Sweet Thunder.

David Oyelowo will don Sugar Ray Robinson's gloves in an upcoming biopic about the man who is widely considered to be the best boxer of all time (even Muhammad Ali agrees). After a fighting career that spanned 25 years (from 1940 to 1965), he died in poverty in 1989, aged 68.
